Eligibility Criteria
•Admissions Open: Nursery to Class IX and Class XI.
•Minimum Age Requirement (as of 31st March):
oPlay: 2+

•Registration Process:
oObtain the prospectus and registration form from the school office or online at www.apsschools.in by paying the registration fee (non-refundable).
oRegistration forms can also be submitted offline at the school office within the specified timeframe.
•Assessment and Interaction:
oA written assessment is required for Grades I and above, along with a parent interaction.
oFor pre-primary admissions, an informal interaction with parents and the child is mandatory.
•Documentation Required:
oBring the Immunization chart and original Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Corporation), along with self-attested photocopies.
•Important Notes:
oNo changes to the date of birth will be entertained after admission.
oThe school reserves the right to modify assessment dates and times if necessary.

TRANSFER CERTIFICATES
Students who are under transfer from other schools (including from outside Odisha) must have their Transfer Certificates counter-signed by the Inspector of Schools/ relevant Officer of the state concerned.
DOCUMENTS
Documents required for admission are:
1.Photocopy of the date of birth certificate of the ward issued by a competent authority at the time of admission.
2.Three passport size photographs of the ward and One each of the parents
3.Photocopy of Mark Sheet of the previous class
4.School Leaving/Transfer Certificate in original
5.Migration Certificate in original (for Class-XI only)
6.Photocopy of Aadhar Card of the ward.
7.Photocopy of Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/SEBC applicants
8.Photocopy of PwD Certificate for differently abled applicants.
Application for admission should be given in the appropriate form.
The school reserves the right to interact with children, along with their parents, if necessary after entrance test(s).
RULES FOR ADMISSION
The application for admission must be done on the appropriate form. The school reserves the right to evaluate the child in any or all subjects.
The school reserves the right to select or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities is final as far as granting / refusal of admission is concerned.
Parents are requested to give an advance notice of at least a month for the withdrawal of their wards. Kindly note, a fee equivalent to the tuition fee of one month shall be charged for issuing the transfer certificate in lieu of the above.
Full quarters' school fee is chargeable for any withdrawal in middle of that particular quarter.
Seats will be reserved for the weaker sections of the society as per the Government RTE Act in Class-1, subject to and in compliance with the State Government Orders when received.
In case supporting documents are found to be inadequate, the school management reserves the right to withdraw / cancel the admission.
